16 Years employed by the Commonwealth Bank in lending both in City Branches, and Rural Branches Peter was involved in lending for the majority of that time. He then went on to run a successful food distribution business for 16 years in Brisbane, and has now over 10 years experience as a finance broker. He owns both residential and commercial property, shares, and has a good working knowledge of most asset classes. Peter is fully qualified and ASIC registered, and has a lot of experience in both lending and general business administration that he is willing to pass on to clients.

MARK PERERA - Business Referrer

Mark commenced his working life as a banker in Sri Lanka for eight years and was involved in international and commercial banking in the import/export division. In 1988 he moved to Australia where he took up a position with the ANZ bank as a business lender. He became a business bank manager, a position which he held until retiring in 2007. He has enormous experience in home loans and business and commercial loans. He has over time established numerous contacts in the closed world of banking. A keen cricketer and sportsman, Sri Lankan clients especially will enjoy working with Mark for all their banking needs.

 

FAY FRASER - Office Manager

Fay arranges all back office administrative requirements and helps out where necessary with any lending tasks. She has worked for the CBA for 6 years, and the Bank of Qld for 5 years.
